AeroHorizon Aviation is an Aircraft dealer located in Bamako the capital city of Republic of Mali in West Africa . We need a variety of Aircraft , we work as buyer's Agent, Brokerage, Incorporation Services, Aircraft Repossessions and Auctions, Training, Relocation Services and Aircraft delivery. We are also in association with MINISTRY OF AVIATION in Republic of Mali , Togo, Sierra Leone and Ghana .

We purchase airplanes for inventory and pay referral fees for customer references. We advertise in many publications including Trade-A-Plane .

We are continuously evaluating our services to improve our offerings and better service for our buyer's needs .

The Federal Ministry of Aviation has overall responsibility for the formulation and management of Government's aviation policies in West African Sub Region. It is empowered under the Civil Aviation Act of 1964 to make policies and regulate air navigation .

The Ministry is also directly responsible for overseeing air transportation, airport development and maintenance, provision of aviation infrastructural services and other needs arising from a wide spectrum of the aviation industry both nationally and globally.

The Ministry Of  Aviation industry enjoyed rapid growth from the AeroHorizon services, the industry metamorphosed into a multi-faceted, profit driven sector of the national economy. There was tremendous growth in the number of operators, airports and passenger traffic.
Aviation matters were treated as part of the Public Works Department.  Department of Civil Aviation in the Public Service of West African Sub Region was relocated as a portfolio in the Ministry of Transport . Subsequently, it became a separate Ministry.

The functions and responsibilities of the Ministry include:

·         Formulation and implementation of policies and programmes to provide a conducive aviation environment in line with the conventions of international agreement;  

·         Over-all supervision and regulation of the civil aviation industry, including airport development & management, manpower development etc.  

·         Development and management of airports;  

·         Provision of air safety and other aeronautical services in all airports within the West African Sub Region;  

·         Provision of meteorological facilities and overseeing of training in the fields of aviation meteorological services;  

·         Issuance of airline permit and licenses; 

·         Affiliation with international bodies in Aviation, Meteorological and other related fields; 

·         Supervision of related parastatals

The Ministry has 6 Departments, 3 Units, 5 Parastatals and a Permanent Representative and Agent like AeroHorizon

The six Departments are:

·         Department of Air Transport Management (DATM)

·         Department of Safety & Technical Policy

·         Department of Accident Investigation & Prevention

·         Department of Planning, Research & Statistics

·         Department of Finance & Supplies

·         The Department of Personnel Management
